On Trade - Account Executive, (FMCG) Dublin - up to €33,000k base salary.
Reporting to the On-Trade Director of this leading Drinks distributor, the core function is to provide support to senior management business. Specifically you will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating On-Trade sales reports and ensuring that the planned trade activates to deliver the overall Commercial and Marketing plans are on course and on budget. You will be highly competent and proficient in MS office suite especially excel and PowerPoint (ideally advanced level). Core Responsibilities:
Manage for On-Trade team: journey plans, updating media section, managing surveys and product audits, running various reports (i.e. compliance, product availability, quality checks, and surveys for various products) and logging tickets with various issues.
Coordinate and report brand activity for internal team and principles.
Coordinate and manage team KPIs with the On-Trade Director.
Work closely with Business Developers to aid achievement of department sales targets.
Create, update and analyze various weekly, monthly and ad-hoc sales reports (data from Cognos, Intellibrand, and AFS) requested by On-Trade Director, Brand Principles and Brand Managers.
Help prepare the monthly sales presentation.
Be first contact for Business Developers for logging issues with their handheld tablets and laptops.
Prepare and complete the necessary documentation for new listings, promotions and price increases.
Pro-actively manage all sales administrative requirements for the management team.
Management and distribution of POS and sales aids (like coolers, glorifies)
Support the On-Trade Director in communicating and capturing information as and when required.
Monitor and record key competitor activity and pricing via Business Developers
Prepare monthly volume reviews for key customers
Update On-Trade holiday tracker and in-trade days of Brand Managers and Principles
Such other responsibilities as may be advised to you by your Manager.
Requirements:
A third level qualification
Fluent written and spoken English.
Must be computer literate and highly proficient in in MS Office. (Level of excellence with Excel andPowe Point)
Ability to analyse and draw insights from reports and be creative in the presentation of information and figures.
Demonstrate initiative and an ability to continually improve ways of working.
A strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to manage both internal and external relationships.
The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
To become proficient in the use of Cognos for data capture on all brand and SKU’s per customer
To become proficient in the understanding of AC Nielsen Market Information.
Location Dublin
Payment Between €29,000 and €33,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Benefits.
