About the Project: Reporting to the Head of Project Management Practice and responsible to the Modernisation Program Manager, the Integration Project Manager is expected to be part of the Modernisation Leadership team which is accountable for delivering the IT Modernisation Integration project.

This includes scope definition, requirements gathering, vendor engagement, project planning, change control, risk & issue management and reporting, facilitating and managing resource planning, cost forecasting and cost control. The focus of this role is to manage the implementation of a new Enterprise Integration platform.

About the role: Leveraging your strong background in Project Management, you will be distinctly collaborative, highly adaptable, consultative, and well-versed in Project Management disciplines, concepts, and approaches. You will also bring a wealth of experience in successfully managing large, customer-focused projects.

You will need to work with key stakeholders to ensure the business has robust operational governance and management processes defined and implemented. Additionally, you will manage vendors responsible for project delivery and coordinate with other key projects under the modernization program that depend on this project's deliverables.

Other key tasks include: Management, identification, resolution and escalation of project risks & issues. Facilitate and manage resource planning including identifying required resources and assigning individual responsibilities. Manage Project cost estimation, budget development, and cost control. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Manage resources to complete project on time and within budget. Communicate progress to stakeholders and revise schedules as required. Keep team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors.
