The company, Miller Leith, is proudly partnering with a market-leading global manufacturer in the hunt for their next FP&A manager.

The Role: This is an incredible opportunity to join an ASX-listed business that expects to see exponential growth over the next couple of years. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role plays an integral part within the organization. As a seasoned FP&A manager, you will be responsible for driving positive change, managing the business’ strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and generation of valuable business insights.

Responsibilities include: leading our financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for the region

Strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Proactively support the business to track key value drivers and identify risk to financial forecasts. Understand and evaluate drivers behind reported variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods. Partner with senior leaders to interpret results and provide insights and recommendations. Assist with creation of annual sales and expense budgets across all distribution channels. Leverage enhanced pricing analytics to identify opportunity and make recommendations. Maintain P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and adjust reporting as the business evolves.

About You: You are an experienced FP&A Manager coming from FMCG or Manufacturing background and will be eager to join an organization where you can drive change through strategic thinking.

CA/CPA Qualified: Degree in Accounting or Finance. 8+ years in accounting and finance or related field.
