Contracts Administrator, Intro Recruitment Solutions. Sunshine Coast QLD. Contracts Management (Construction). Full time. $140k - $180k. Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to work for a leading national, top-tier construction company on a large new government construction Project in the hundreds of millions of dollars on the Sunshine Coast.

This role will see you well supported by other CA's and reporting through to the Senior Contracts Administrator across the project. This is a Managing Contractor (MC) construction contract and the successful person will gain some great project experience here.

It is also preferential that you have experience working in the mid- or upper-tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes.

As a Contract administrator, you will have: Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent. 5+ years of contract administrator experience with a reputable company. Strong commercial acumen. Exposure to projects over $20m. This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team.
