An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Boutique Financial Services company whose growing team are in need of a processional and proactive administrator. Currently based in Chatswood but relocating to prestigious offices on the lower North shore in the new year.
Reporting in to the Executive Assistant, you will be providing a high level of administration support to the whole team including reception duties, marketing, expenses, project administration and junior PA duties. You will be assisting the EA with complex travel booking and itineraries, international event coordination and facilities management. A growing company who provide an excellent working environment and long term progression opportunities.
In order to succeed in this busy and varied role, you will need previous experience in an administration role and any business administration or business studies qualification would be welcomed. You will require excellent communication skills and willing and flexible attitude. The role will be fast paced and varied and will require you to pick things up quickly. Corporate presentation and the ability to communicate with Senior Executives is essential, along with Intermediate skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This role would suit someone looking for an entry level administration role who aspires to be an EA.
This is an extremely busy role so the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines is essential.
