We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. You will work closely with a wide range of disciplines, including transport, infrastructure, bridges, environmental services, and Geographic Information Systems teams, to deliver safe, practical, and sustainable solutions.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Providing leadership across a range of projects, including infrastructure and other sectors. Providing technical advice on complex geotechnical issues to clients and internal staff. Supporting the growth of the geotechnical team through identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Grow team and capabilities whilst maintaining company culture.

Managing the delivery of projects throughout the project life cycle, taking accountability for overall time, cost and quality of delivery. Mentor, train and coach junior though senior staff with respect to their career growth and professional development.

Provide services such as drilling, logging and sampling across geotechnical engineering, contaminated ground investigation and remediation, environmental monitoring and landfill development projects.

Minimum Requirements: Civil Engineering qualification with specific focus in geotechnical discipline

CPEng / NER status (or close to attaining). Intensive experience in geotechnical engineering. Demonstrated competence in providing key technical expertise and leading the development of geotechnical designs across a broad range of high-profile projects. Competent in monitoring and managing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexities and sizes. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with clients, staff and managers. Passionate about Geotechnical Engineering with a desire to establish yourself as a key member of a high-performing team.

Drilling and logging experience. Leadership and organisation skills. Exemplary communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude to add to the great company culture and help foster business relations

Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
