Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager at Unit7 Creations, Mumbai. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and utilization of BIM technology throughout a project's lifecycle: BIM Coordination, Strategy Development, Implementation Planning, Standards and Guidelines, Team Training and Support, Software Management, Quality Assurance, Collaboration and Coordination, Data Management, Innovation and Research, and Engagement.

Qualifications: Strong project management skills are crucial for overseeing BIM implementation from planning to execution. Experience in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM software tools and platforms are essential. This includes proficiency in model authoring, coordination, clash detection, quantity takeoff, and visualization. Prior experience working in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry, preferably in roles related to BIM coordination, modeling, or management, is highly valued. Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
