Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with quality and service standards.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure staff deliver top-notch service.

Guest Relations: Foster a welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies to optimize the restaurant's financial performance.

Inventory and procurement: Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain the highest quality of ingredients and supplies.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a customer-focused environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
