USA Sales Specialist
Trulioo is a Silicon Valley-funded, Vancouver-based company that is a pioneer in the online identity verification space. We are currently looking for the position of USA Sales Specialist in order to proactively and systematically pursue new customers and new business opportunities. The position will be based in a commercial hub on the West Coast of the USA with communication and collaboration with senior management in Vancouver and Australia; reporting to the VP of Sales. Your focus will span the USA market with a specific emphasis on the financial sectors, payment services, gaming and online marketplaces.
In this very proactive sales role, you will be responsible for:
Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for Trulioo to an agreed annual target
Creating new revenue streams through pre-existing networks with the ability to self-generate opportunities
Presenting Trulioo to potential customers through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and web demonstrations
Actively and collaboratively managing Trulioo’s product presentations to potential customers; asking questions; negotiations; closing and handover to the service team
Representing Trulioo at industry events and tradeshows
Working on responses to RFPs and requests for information
Collecting competitor and industry intelligence
Being proactive and responsive to prospective clients
Essential Experience:
Strong track record in direct sales (5+ years) with a proven history in closing sales and meeting targets
Experience in consumer data, consumer credit and/or fraud analytics (5+ years) or similar industries with an extensive network within these industries into which you can reach out in order to gain traction and facilitate deals.
Experience (5+ years) executing complex, product-driven, structured business deals.
Experience in dealing with credit bureaus, payment processors, systems integrators and government agencies.
Experience establishing relationships with high level decision makers, discovering pain points and recognizing the ways with which the company’s product offering can fill the need.

This is a full time position and requires the candidate to work from our USA location. Compensation is based on experience.
