PART TIME POSITION. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly sales consultant to contact new customers within our industry to inform and educate them of our services while offering free quotations tailored to their projects.

At Best Termites Control, we are a family business specializing in pre-construction termite protection installations. We work directly with the building industry, providing our services to builders and their projects, including new buildingsrenovations and extensions, both residential and commercial. In a fast-paced and busy industry, we are well known for our excellent, friendly customer service and follow-up, which keep our loyal customers returning while aiming to invite new customers through this role.

This part-time position involves: Driving to different suburbs throughout Melbourne to build up customer contacts. contacting new customers daily via telephone and email to pass on our company information and services. Consistent and speedy follow-up on customer quote requests, answering basic customer questions about the services we provide, and collecting information to support our services data entry into computer / note, taking on customer feedback, installing promotional posters on our existing customer projects, calling, emailing, or texting correspondence and following up with new customers, putting together quotations, and providing excellent & friendly customer service.

Training and ongoing support will be provided as required to give a good understanding of our services and support you in your role. Previous sales or customer service experience is required. Company Car and work mobile will be provided, as well as office desk area and computer to support you in completing your tasks for this role.
