Position: Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to assist their North-East Branch with high-volume admin tasks. This opportunity is a temporary assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of going permanent. The candidate is required to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 3.30 . This role is based in Smithfield, with 5 days onsite; parking is available. Hybrid work will be considered after 6 months.
The role will be reporting into the Lead Service Administrator, and the team includes two Service Administrators based in QLD. The casual pay rate for this position is between $37.96 and $41.12 per hour + super, depending on experience.
Duties: Purchase order receiving. Expense processing. Timely and accurate invoicing. Timely issuing of invoices to customers and RCTI claims. Using the client portal for invoicing. Travel bookings for employees in the North-East Branch: approx. 10 bookings a day. Support and assist branch teams in resolving outstanding debt issues. Customer master data maintenance. Provide support and assistance to the Lead Service Administrator.
Ideal candidate: 3+ years' experience in administration. Strong experience with handling multiple priorities. Experience with booking travel is desired. Experience with Microsoft platforms. Self-motivated. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. High attention to detail. Strong willingness to learn and develop. Adopts quickly with new systems. Friendly and personable.
