Junior Estimator, Construction, W. L. Construction Ltd. Location: 6494 Airport Rd., Fort St. John, BC. Salary: 38.50 hourly, / 40 hours per week. Full time. Flexible hours, to be determined. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads. Project cash flow and financing requirements. Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms. Advise on tendering procedures. Analyze tenders and recommend awards. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
