We are looking for a site supervisor for our fit-out projects. Region: Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated site supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our fit-out projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fit-out processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The site supervisor will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring that work progresses according to the project schedule and any deviations are addressed promptly.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties.

Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control measures ensure that the work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

Health & Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with local and company safety standards.

Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and labor on-site, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and waste is minimized.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly, providing solutions keep the project on track.

Client Interaction: Serve as the on-site representative of the company, maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on progress, and addressing any concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and incident reports, and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.

Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
