Business Services Officer (Fleet Coordination): Business Services. Department for Education, Children, and Young People Tasmania. Hobart TAS. Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support). Government-SState (Government & Defense). Part time. $80,593 to $92,764 per annum.

Duties: Provide advice and high-level administrative support to Facility Services across a range of activities, including fleet and passenger vehicle transport management, compliance services, stakeholder management, and other programs to support the achievement of Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client-focused service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around facility services programs and fleet and passenger transport vehicle management matters.

Period of Appointment. Ongoing: ASAP Start Date. Hours per fortnight. 36.75 hours per fortnight.

Essential Requirements: The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child-related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times while employed in this role, and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.

Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status: Employment).

Desirable Requirements: A current driver’s license. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive work experience in procurement, facilities management, or a related discipline.
