We are now looking to grow the team and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Asset Manager.

As the landscape of residential real estate management continues to evolve, the term "residential asset manager" better aligns with the comprehensive and holistic nature of our teams’ responsibilities. This shift acknowledges that our role extends beyond the day-to-day operations of a property, encompassing a strategic and analytical approach to maximize the value and performance of residential assets. By embracing this upgraded title, we emphasize our commitment to delivering exceptional results and long-term success of our client’s investments.

We are looking for someone to facilitate end-to-end management of a portfolio of well-located properties and deliver a market-leading real estate experience through exceptional and professional service.

The ideal candidate must: Have minimum of two years' previous experience working on a portfolio. Hold a current WA Property Management Registration. Have a current Driver’s License. Have the ability and desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide an asset management service to ensure the best returns for our clients. Have polished and professional verbal & written communication skills. Be a forward-thinking person with a proactive attitude. Desire for a career, not just a job. Be willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
