Recruitment have partnered with a leading Tier 2 Commercial Joinery company in Sydney, and they're on the exciting cusp of moving to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Western Sydney!  To fuel our growth and leverage this incredible opportunity, we're seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our client's team.

 In this role, you'll be responsible for: Leading and motivating a team of approximately 40 skilled joinery professionals. Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and streamline processes. Elevating quality control standards and ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Implementing a robust system for tracking, controlling, and reporting on all aspects of joint projects. Maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

To be successful, you'll need: Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in joinery production management. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a passion for continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead and motivate a large team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools and a keen eye for detail.
