Assistant Restaurant Manager, Medley. Kangaroo Point, Brisbane QLD. Management (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $65,000 – $75,000 per year. Briefly: A minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality and previous management experience is highly regarded; Manage day-to-day operations in conjunction with the general manager and Restaurant & Events Manager; minimum 2 years barista experience will be required to make coffee. Knowledge of dialling in and adjusting grinders and latte art is a must; Wine knowledge is a must; and mixology skills preferred. You will work closely with the Restaurant & Events Manager, owner and kitchen team and supervise a great team.

You will assist with ongoing training, upskilling and induction training of new employees; Marketing and social media promotion; and various aspects of events, including promotion, securing bookings and setting up.
