What's the Role? Within the large residential Residential Aged Care Facility located near Waldara, Victoria, the Facility Manager is a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service. This role requires a dynamic individual to ensure regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and the cultivation of positive relationships with key stakeholders and the community.
The Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with the Clinical Leadership Team to deliver evidence-based care in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Manage the financial budget and resources to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Build relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Oversee employee management, admissions, and quality reviews.
The Successful Candidate: Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration. Aged Care management experience with a diverse clinical and care team. Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation. Experience in quality processes, accreditation, and evidence-based practices. Business operations, budget, and finance management experience. Worker Screening and Police Check.
