Rehabilitation Counsellor, Case Manager, Reboundrehab. Liverpool, Sydney NSW. Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical). Full time. $90,000 – $100,000 per year + bonus.

About You: Experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor / Registered Psychologist (min 5 years experience). Experience in severe injury management case management. Experience working within compensable schemes (predominantly workers compensation and motor accidents). Super organised and motivated to work unsupervised. Keen interest in complex injury/disability management. Drivers license and willingness to travel for work.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of highly experiences and passionate Allied Health Professionals within the complex injury management space.

Every day is a new experience however may look like: One off assessments. Case management (tracking progress, goal setting, organising services and funded supports for our participants). Managing your own time (including flexibility in hours). Reporting and communication with new and/or existing teams. setting up participants at home for hospital discharges. No NDIS work.
