The Sales Operation Manager serves as the backbone for the Head office ZEEKR Sales team, aligning the Sales planning and go-to-market (GTM) strategy to effective and efficient Sales operations quantitative and qualitative alitative initiatives to ensure the business achieves set goals with the franchise dealer network. This position will play a critical role in taking the lead in
planning and monitoring the overall SO-related activities to ensure flawless transaction of goods and services to our dealer partners and customers, and will also be heavily involved in volume planning on both national and regional level, Coordination between our franchise partners, product teamsand regional teams to secure ambitious targets can be achieved.
Responsibility: Volume Planning and GTM Strategy. Participate and assist in sales forecasting and reporting. Engage in market analysis, sales funnel management, metrics managementand the derivation of GTM strategy. Coordination with regional teams a nd franchise partners to secure ambitious Wholesale. (WS) and Retail (RT) target achievements, aligning with stock holding policy.
Design and execute monthly. quarterly and yearly sales plans and programs, overseeing national and regional sales performance to ensure business growth and market share expansion.
