Well Established Construction/Development Company in Cape Town Southern Suburbs needs the services of:

Junior Contracts Manager: Relevant Qualification and minimum 5 years’ experience working on high-end residential building sites. Computer literate. Construction program management/monitoring. Materials ordering and quantifications and reconciliations. Cost control and resource management/oversight. Managing sub-contractor claims. Managing the quality control requirements/standards. Controlling plans, revision, and relevant feed-through for construction. Proficient in dealing with the Professional team, attending site meetings, and efficient flow of communication. Planning/organizing/controlling of daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Valid driver’s license.
