About you: We are looking for staff who are experienced and passionate about providing proactive Positive behavior Support to people supporting those with disabilities and to those living with disabilities.

Required: Bachelor or undergraduate degree in either Education (special education preferred), Allied Health, Social Work or Applied behavior Analysis (please do not apply for the role without this). Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. To be available to work a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. NDIS Workers Screening ID. Must be located on the Central Coast, NSW.

Personal and Interpersonal Skills required: Working knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Behaviour Support Rules and relevant disability legislation. Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic records and data management tools. be able to work independently and in a team good organisation skills and computer skills, good time management, being proactive, building relationships quickly and effectively, and having the ability to show empathy and be empathic to those in need.

Supervision and Ongoing Professional Development Provided: Influential Growth will support staff to develop the required training to feel knowledgeable, supported and upskilled in the areas needed. Fortnightly supervision is provided by an advanced Supervisor.

Contractor Requirements by commencement date: Drivers license, access to own vehicle, + comprehensive insurance. Laptop/Phone. Home office materials. ABN. NDIS worker screening + Professional indemnity and liability insurance. Working with Children’s Check.

Pay rates: Between $110 and $120 per hour, depending on experience, plus GST & Super. Opportunity for rate increase.
