About the role: A full-time position is now available for a client service professional to join our financial planning team in a long-term role. This is a key office position supporting the Financial Planner to help deliver timely administration and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Main Duties: Manage the day-to-day administration and workflow of the practice. Maintain the client data base and update client information so files are review-ready. Assisting the financial planner to prepare for new client and review meetings and coordinating post-meeting workflow. Assist with preparing working papers for external paraplanner team. Collection of advice documentation ready for client meetings. Assist with implementation of advice, including processing of transactions and maintaining compliant client files. Managing Annual Advice Agreement delivery and scheduling client reviews. Preparing regular reports on a monthly schedule. Be front of house and key contact point for client enquiries. Manage the diary and client communications.
Skills and attributes: Self-starter who can work alone with minimal supervision. A problem solver with a solution-oriented attitude. Enthusiastic about developing new skills and expanding knowledge. Ability to quickly learn industry-specific software as well as client data and management software. Confident communicator with a strong service ethic and attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft Office applications, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, often working to deadlines. Continually looking for self-improvement and development of personal value for the business. A positive approach to making the job your own and taking charge when needed.
