Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures. Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations. Analyze accident reports and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans. Ensure HSE regulations are followed across all company operations.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety engineering, or a related field. 1 year of experience in a similar role or a fresh graduate with strong knowledge of HSE practices. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent. Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Experience in the oil and gas industry or construction sector.
