Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced fleet consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our fleet sales division within a team, working with a diverse range of clients, including businesses, government agencies, and rental companies. This role requires a deep understanding of fleet management, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing fleet clients and identify opportunities to expand our client base. Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored vehicle solutions. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for fleet clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Prepare and present fleet proposals, including pricing and financing options. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications: Proven experience in fleet sales or a related field within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license.
