Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Portal Management: Handle various government portals such as Tamm, Muqeem, Gosi, and Qiwa. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
2. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage and administer medical insurance for employees. Facilitate the booking of flight tickets for employees as needed.
3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications: a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations. Proficient in using government portals such as Tamm, Muqeem, Gosi, and Qiwa. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
