A Graduate graduate program is available with limited spaces. Full-time salary (4.5 days client-facing). Continuous support with weekly mentoring and supervision, along with fortnightly team days. Who are we? Sound it Out Speech Pathology is a respected and well-established practice with a group of 15 Speech Pathologists and AHAs located in North East Melbourne. Motivated by a powerful philosophy, evidence-based practice, and core values, our purpose is to build better futures for our children while providing therapy where it is most needed.

Your new role: is to manage clients whilst developing your knowledge base to assess and provide therapy to children with speech and language delays and disorders, autism spectrum disorder, literacy, learning, and fluency disorders. Liaise with families, health professionals & educational staff to provide individualised support plans and clinical support. Building relationships and engaging clients to provide short- and long-term strategies to facilitate child development. Collaborate in joint sessions with other multidisciplinary members. Work mainly in a clinical setting or school environments with optional mobile therapy.

To succeed, you will need: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology. Membership or eligibility of membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check.

To excel, you will need: Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate initiative in prioritising workload. Driven with a focus on quality service delivery and achieving outcomes. Flexible and adaptable to evolving practice methods.
