THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Team Leader or Senior Clinician to join our LiveBig Perth team! Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 days for the right candidate). Can be based anywhere in Greater Perth (hybrid role). Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and supporting professional development. You will also have your own smaller, more diverse clinical caseload, working within the community to provide high-quality clinical support.

You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

ABOUT YOU: You will have SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist (or be eligible for it). A passion for working with people with disabilities and NDIS (disabilities sector) experience is preferred but not essential. Ideally, experience working in a community services setting. A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home. A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great. Excellent time management and organisational skills. IT skills at an intermediate level, including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology. Fun & energetic!
