About the Role: As a Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting Princeton International College's courses to both domestic and international students. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building relationships with agents and students, and tracking sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities: Marketing Officer. Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents. Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents or targeting onshore students. Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that targets education agents and increases the number of students enrolled in our college. Identify and build relationships with education agents in target markets to generate leads and increase conversions. Attend education fairs and other events to promote our college and build connections with potential agents and students. Assist Higher Management with the implementation of marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the College. Contribute to the preparation of marketing material such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, etc.

Provide exceptional customer service to agents and students, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. First point of contact for students and external stakeholders. Assist with the organisation of student events, graduation, and orientation programs. Respond to face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, in adherence to standards and procedures. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the student experience. Other administrative support and other duties as required.
