About the organisation: Murray PHN (Primary Health Network) is a part of the national network of primary health networks across Australia. We work closely with the primary health system to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes in our community.

Murray PHN spans the northern Victoria area from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga, including Albury, NSW. Servicing this area are offices and staff located in Albury (North East), Bendigo (Central Victoria), Mildura (North West), and Shepparton (Goulburn Valley), acknowledging that our region crosses many First Nation lands.

The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced project coordinator with ISMS certification to join our team at Murray PHN. In this role, you will support the embedment of business processes, standard operating policies, and procedures to ensure Murray PHN achieves and maintains ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.

You will be instrumental in the end-to-end operational delivery of the ISMS Certification project, managing milestones, project lifecycle activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your efforts will drive the development and realignment of business documents and processes crucial to certification.

About you: Success in this role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, as well as the ability to manage project activities as part of a collaborative team.

You will bring your drive and expertise in project coordination with the following knowledge and skills: Relevant tertiary-level education in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or related field and equivalent experience in a similar position. Experience in project management with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Demonstrated experience in the application of change management principles and achievement of measurable outcomes. Demonstrated detail-oriented, organised and analytical approach with the ability to work through complex issues in a methodical and complete manner. Collaborates and communicates with clarity, building stakeholder engagement and project buy-in. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across a range of audiences and communication channels. Desirable qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, along with experience in implementing and managing ISO certification processes.

What we offer: is a full-time, maximum-term contract up to December 2025. Location options include Bendigo, Shepparton, Mildura or Albury. Salary: Grade 5: $95,697 per annum plus superannuation.
