About RealtyAssist Australia Realty Assist provides an invoicing platform to the real estate sector to facilitate payment solutions for their clients. The online invoicing platform includes a pay-later option in the form of a short-term loan for marketing and home improvements to vendors (owners selling their property), along with early settlement cash releases.
About the Role We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our?Customer Success Team. You will be the first point of contact with customers who are looking to borrow money to assist with their property journey and will step them through the application process, prepare their file for the assessment team and deliver outcomes to all applicants. We offer each of our customers a personalised and tailored approach that is suited to their specific requirements to ensure an efficient and straightforward experience.
This role would be perfectly suited to someone who has worked in consumer finance, is client-facing and understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service! A positive team player, who is customer-focused and someone who is happy to pick up the phone and call our applicants is essential.
Key duties: Inbound & outbound customer support via telephone, email & SMS. Qualify applicants and ensure the best product fit for their personal scenario. Process applications and communicate effectively, internally and externally, from initial customer contact to application outcome and disbursement of funds. Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the timely disbursement of approved loans. Complete and maintain the database with effective notes and follow-up tasks and accurate records of loan applications and outcomes. Provide guidance and support to applicants to assist them with understanding the process and timeframes.
About you Experience in the finance sector and a strong administration and customer service background. Understand the importance of delivering a high level of customer service. Confident speaking on the phone. A high level of attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. Great time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Accurate data entry skills and experience in working towards KPIs and deadlines. Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. An outstanding attitude and work ethic.
