Customer Service Consultant – EE, Muizenberg, Southern Peninsula. Our client a leading Promotional company with 23+ years in their field are looking for an exceptionally well-spoken service driven individual to handle all incoming order, queries and complaints both telephonically, via emails and live chat.

The role would suit a Matriculate with 1-2 years similar experience, excellent communication skills, ability to think on their feet, and who can form an integral part of the team. Processing orders, Cross selling and promoting as well as a administrative function will form part of this role. Great opportunity for advancements with this progressive company.

Salary R10-13k plus provident fund. Monday to Friday 08h00-17h00. Salary: R13000
