Rising Stars Early Learning Academy is a brand-new childcare center. We are looking for experienced room leaders and assistant educators! We are a family-owned center, offering you a more personal approach to your working environment.

At Rising Stars Early Learning Academy, we aim to create safe, loving, and homelike spaces for children, enabling their exploration of identity. Our service provides a creative, safe, and nurturing environment that sparks each children’s curiosity and innate desire to learn. We celebrate children’s learning and provide an environment that inspires play and encourages children to discover, question, create and investigate their world. As a newly opened service, we strive to provide harmonious and supportive teams to discover high-quality early education for every child.

The Opportunity We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Must hold Diploma or Certificate 3 in Education and Care. I am available to work rotating shifts between 7:00 and 6:00 . Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care. Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate and current Child Protection.

Benefits: 10% Above award pay rate. 50% Discount on Childcare Fees. We provide one staff member above ratio in all rooms. Option to work 4 or 5 days. Two staff outings each year.
