Mandatory Skills: Experience in the implementation and administration of Pega solutions on webservers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, etc. Experience in administrating RedHat Linux, MQ, Postgres SQL and UNIX. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to effectively translate between business and technical teams. Experience managing multiple enterprise solutions in a BAU capacity and supporting various stakeholders and business teams

Desirable Skills: Prior experience and knowledge of federal departments' ICT governance and delivery frameworks. Prior experience in the traveller, cargo and trade systems domain. Experience in driving user adoption and implementing proactive initiatives that enhance the value, usage, and overall end-user experience. Experience and knowledge of middleware products such as WebSphere Application Server Suite, Tomcat and Web Servers, along with administration of the Pega Platform. Knowledge of RedHat Linux, MQ, Postgres SQL and Unix (bash, Perl) scripting is desirable.
