Job Description: As a baker at Hearthstone Bakehouse, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality in all baked products. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings. Provide excellent customer service when needed.

Qualifications: A passion for baking and a willingness to learn. For experienced bakers: proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or relevant role. For inexperienced candidates: a strong interest in baking and a commitment to learning the craft. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
