Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years industry work experience within a Bakery Environment. Culinary strengths. Effective communication skills and proficiency in English. Must be comfortable creating and develop new artisan bread and pastry items when needed using innovative ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
