Accounts Manager, Region: Riyadh (Riyadh). We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Manager to join our Finance Department in Riyadh. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the annual budget and financial plans. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and tax returns.

Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Management Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. master's degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role. proven track record of success in managing accounting operations and financial reporting.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems. Experience with financial planning and analysis tools.

Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are desirable.
