An Injection Moulding company based in Booysens, Johannesburg wishes to employ a Technical Manager. The company specialises in the manufacture/ injection moulding of plastic household products

Responsibilities: Management of the entire manufacturing process of the factory. Effective and timeous technical problem solving and trouble shooting as required during production. Ensure effective functioning of machines  in terms of Productivity, quality and efficiency. Effective management of operators, technicians and setters. Record keeping of all setting sheets & moulds.

Requirements: Min 5-10 years experience in injection moulding environment. Min 5 years technical management experience. Work experience with Servo Motor Injection Moulding machines an advantage. Own transport. Ability to work independently and to problem solve. Applicant must have extensive Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic knowledge to repair machines in-house or problem solve.
