Responsibilities Menu Development: Create a diverse sandwich menu combining Japanese ingredients and techniques with Australian styles. Innovate with new recipes and improve existing ones.

Culinary Expertise: Apply Japanese cooking elements to sandwich creations. Stay updated on Australian sandwich trends.

Training and Operations: Train kitchen staff on new recipes and techniques. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards.

Qualifications: Experience as a chef or culinary consultant with knowledge of Japanese and Australian cuisines. Creative, with strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
