Trainee Personal Banking Consultant, Aitkenvale, Queensland Country Bank. Aitkenvale, Northern QLD. Banking: Retail/Branch (Banking & Financial Services). Contract/Temp.

About the Role We now have an opportunity for a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant to join the friendly team in the Aitkenvale Branch. As a Trainee Personal Banking consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services. This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. You will be based in our Aitkenvale Branch and support our Townsville region.

About You Exceptional communication & customer service skills. demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change. Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member. Higher School Certificate or similar qualification. FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) (or the willingness to undertake it). Experience in a similar retail or customer service position is desirable. Previous cash handling experience is desirable. Proven sales experience is desirable. Complete an appropriate Certificate as part of the traineeship and any additional training relevant to the position and future promotion within Queensland Country Bank.
