We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Performance Manager to join our TOC team for the Tawal project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving efficient and effective transformations, delivering improved customer, operational, and financial performance impact, and implementing necessary culture changes. You will be responsible for analyzing processes, workflows, operations, and organizations to propose and implement improvements that drive operational and functional enhancements.
Responsibilities: Drive improvement projects within the MS contracts/delivery organization, focusing on achieving tangible business targets and enhancing customer experience and network performance.
-Take accountability for initiatives aimed at reducing work orders, tickets, and alarms per contract.
-Perform correlations between alarms, trouble tickets, and work orders to identify and resolve chronic network issues.
analyze network performance reports and develop action plans for network improvement.
Contribute to technical discussions to enhance overall network performance and provide recommendations from a problem management perspective.
Propose and ensure the adoption of best practices within relevant functions.
Monitor KPI trends and conduct post-deviation analysis.
Identify, prescribe, and drive the implementation of proactive prevention methods for problem handling.
Maintain and track actions taken to drive improvements following governance methods.
Identify single points of failure (SPOFs) and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
Maintain a risk register and drive measures to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with data analytics teams to build models that provide predictive insights.
Propose predictive analytic models based on alarms, outages, QoS, capacity, and utilization trends.
Engage with the operations team and other stakeholders to ensure the timely closure of action items.
Prioritize problems based on risk, impact, and severity.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base to reduce repetitive incidents.
Requirements: strong knowledge of passive network elements and electromechanical systems.
excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
ability to drive data analytics projects and analyze results.
familiarity with service-related KPIs and understanding of user perception.
ability to assess new project operation requests (ORQ) and analyze KPIs after implementing network changes.
