About the role In your role as the Advice Training & Development Manager you will be accountable for ensuring that our general and personal advice teams have the skills, knowledge and resources to advise our members within a regulated environment. You will work with key stakeholders across the advice team and Cbus to identify training needs to develop and maintain a rolling program of learning and development activities for our member facing teams nationwide.

You will lead a small team of training and technical specialists within the advice team, and as an experienced SME in training and professional development, with working knowledge of superannuation and general advice regulatory frameworks, it will be your responsibility to assess the effectiveness of the training and support that they deliver, as well as contribute to the design of training content to ensure that it is best-practice and an appropriate learning methodology is applied. You will also support delivery of programs as required.

About You: You will have a strong track record within Learning & Development roles. Your knowledge of financial advice regulatory frameworks and requirements will be imperative to the success of this position, and if you have experience within a superannuation setting this would be of additional benefit.

You will have demonstrated experience in identifying knowledge gaps and creating and executing training programs across various teams. Your strong understanding of adult learning principles proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS systems will be essential in this role.
