Are you passionate about martial arts, fitness, customer service, and growing a community? Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school is looking for a dynamic Gym Manager to join our team and help take our academy to the next level!

About Us: We are more than just a gym—we’re a community. With a focus on fitness, self-defense, and personal growth, we cater to both kids and adults, creating champions on and off the mats.

The Role: As our Gym Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our academy’s success. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional member experience, and contribute to the growth of our school through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain members, including promoting memberships, consulting potential clients, programs, and events.

Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment by addressing member needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms to increase engagement and attract new members.

Team Leadership: Work closely with instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive culture.

Operations Management: Handle scheduling, memberships, and basic administrative duties.

What we’re looking for a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive membership growth. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Experience in social media advertising and management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts is a bonus but not essential. Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills. Photography and Videography experience for social media and other platform.
