Principal Workforce Analyst, Department of Queensland Treasury. Brisbane QLD. Other (Human Resources & Recruitment). Government - State (Government & Defence). Full time. $122,924 - $131,630 per annum. Based in our convenient and modern Brisbane CBD office, you will be part of a leadership team that contributes to the delivery of recruitment, establishment and reporting services for QRO.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Leading the design and delivery of workforce reporting and data initiatives and priorities. Researching and analysing workforce data and information to resolve complex issues across a broad range of workforce areas. Maintaining and developing the Workforce Management reporting and business platforms using Microsoft Suite - Power BI and SharePoint. Preparing and contributing to project plans, report submissions and briefing notes for senior management. Providing mentoring, coaching, guidance and advice to the team and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: An ability to analyse and synthesise workforce data from multiple sources to provide advice and insights. High-level reporting skills (e.g. Excel or equivalent) and attention to detail. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication for complex matters. Experience in leading team members and growing workforce data literacy in others. There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications and/or experiences are highly regarded.
