Role Description We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager who will be responsible for managing various engineering tasks on different projects/site. An MEP who can manage, execute the full MEP project life cycle, from development through commissioning and hand-over. Ensuring projects are completed on-time and within the budget, doing the proper coordination with the engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Provide the necessary technical leadership, mentoring and guidance of you MEP team. Developing project plans, budgets and timelines. Overseeing the billing, BOQ, design, installation and maintenance of MEP system. Ensuring compliance with the construction standards including safety. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality controls are checked to meet standards. Resolving issues and conflicts during the course of the project.

Documentation: Professional skills on Auto-CAD and drawing interpretation. Experience with relevant software and tools.

Qualifications: License of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Exposure in MEP and construction projects. In depth understanding of the construction procedures, material and project management principles. Saudi Council of Engineering Certificate is a plus. PMP is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (Read, Write & Speak).
