Two Security Operations Manager (Technical & Guarding), Johannesburg South, Johannesburg. Company Name: Kombat Security Services. We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our organization.

Qualifications and licenses: Grade 12 and above. Grade A or B psira qualification. Valid Psira certificate. Firearm competency. Valid Drivers License.

Experience: 10-15 years experience. Good communication and written skills. Experience in managing a site and leading the team.

Responsibilities include: Enforcement of Company and Client Security Procedures, visits and inspections to various Client sites, inspections of security officers and company equipment, Investigating of Client Complaints and submitting of reports. Onsite Training of security officers as per job descriptions. Inspections of Company vehicles. After hours visits to Client sites. Ensure Guards are in full, clean uniform and well equipped. Ensure clean guarding house at the client`s premises. Training security Guards on and ensure they follow rules.
