Food Service Supervisor, 1092858 BC Ltd. Location: 351 Yellow Head Highway, Barrière, BC. Salary: 18.00 hourly, / 32 hours per week. Full time. Day, Weekend. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports.
