Field Service Technician, Fromm Packaging Australia Pty Ltd, Sydney, Work Type, Full Time, Classification, Trades & Services, Field Service Technician. We are a national company selling and servicing end of line packaging equipment. Our diverse range of equipment includes pallet wrapping machines strapping machines, carton sealing machines and strapping tools.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include: Onsite maintenance of hand strapping tools. Onsite maintenance of stand-alone, inline pallet wrapping and strapping machines. Assisting with installation of inline pallet wrapping and strapping machines. Assisting the sales department in demonstrating our equipment to current and potential customers. Stocktaking of parts, Assemble and test new tools/machines.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Drive licence, Must be either electrical or fitter trade qualified, Mechanical experience an advantage, Computer literate to a basic level, Excellent customer service skills, Good written and oral communication skills, Good work ethic. Knowledge of industry is an advantage but not essential.
