ESL Trainers English Teachers:

Non-Native English teachers shall have a Bachelor's degree in teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL), a master's degree is preferred, or at least, a bachelor's degree in English literature or applied linguistics with a teaching certificate or diploma, such as TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent.

Candidates must have either an IELTS score of at least (7) or a TOEFL score of at least (100) on the internet-based test, (600) on the paper-based test or (250) on the computer-based test.

Math Teachers:

Math Teachers must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics, a master's degree is preferred. Non-native speakers should also have either an IELTS score of at least (6), or a TOEFL score of at least (79) on the internet-based test, (550) on the paper-based test or (213) on the computer-based test.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in their specific fields.

Technical Instructor

Electrical Trainers

Mechanical Trainers

Safety Trainers

A) Bachelor's Degree (Industrial/Vocational Education or engineering/Science) plus four (4) years of industrial experience as a trainer in industrial/vocational skills, or

B) An associate Degree (Industrial/Vocational) or an equivalent qualification with six (6) years of industrial experience as a trainer in industrial/vocational skills, or

C) Instructors/trainers with no bachelor's degree who are craft certified should have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in their specific field.

Proof of English Language proficiency certification and training competency certificate are required for job skills trainers
