Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Our Resource team, schedule our support workers to client visits. Based in Epsom, in the future will be moving to Penrose, this permanent part-time role will see you providing afterhours support to meet the changing needs of our clients and staff. Our afterhours team operate 7 days a week, and we’re currently looking to fill the Saturday 6.30am - 3pm option, with other days available if there is absence in the team.

Ng? p?kenga kei a koe I  Your Skills and Experience Due to the nature of this role and those we support, having reliable and client focused people in our team is absolutely essential. In addition, we are looking for: Call Centre/Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment. Customer focused superstars with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Highly computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry experience required. Previous scheduling/rostering experience would be an advantage.
